What does the tattoo of tears by the eyes mean?
have heard it means the person with the tatoo has killed someone. I’m sure it probably has other meanings also. Yes, it could mean the person has killed someone or it could mean that that person had seen/watched someone be killed. Or it could simply mean that you lost someone really close to you. There may be even more meanings than that as well I have also heard that the teardrop tattoo below the eye represents, if NOT filled in, the the person has someone they wish to kill for revenge of some sort, and if it is filled in, then they have succeeded. Teardrop tattoo designs are heavily symbolic tattoos, and because of their usual placement on the face should never be undertaken lightly. It is a tattoo that is almost always associated with prison tattoos and membership in a gang, and as a tattoo symbol, will be treated accordingly.
