What does the term “Betterment” mean?
“Betterment” is a cost percentage charged to you that is applied to a new part that replaces a wearable part and/or item on your vehicle that has depreciated with the age of the vehicle. For example; if your vehicle was three years old and your tires showed considerable wear but needed to be replaced – you would receive new tires and be charged for a percentage of “Betterment”. I was told that if I did not have my car fixed at the Dealer where I bought it that the warranty on my vehicle would be voided? If your vehicle is repaired at our shop, or any CSN Member Shop your repair is covered by a “Lifetime Guarantee” on all repair and rerfinish work. The parts used on the repair are covered by the OEM (Original Parts Manufacturers) Warranty. The Warranty on your vehicle will not be voided.
