What does the Troubleshoot button do?
The troubleshoot button launches a connectivity troubleshooting wizard, which will help you to establish connectivity between the Monster controller website, and your remote control. Options within this wizard will allow you to: Install the Monster client software, if you have not already done so. (The Monster client software allows your computer to communicate with the Monster Controller.) Help you to ‘wake up’ the Monster client software if it is not responding Troubleshoot and fix problems with the Monster client software recognizing or communicating with your remote. Troubleshoot and fix problems with the Monster client software communicating with the Monster controller web site.
