If this message pops up when MyWorld Turbo runs, it means that you have another program installed on your computer that’s running behind the scenes to work with your remote mailbox (through POP or IMAP) and it’s interfering with MyWorld Turbo. You can avoid the error message by preventing the other software from running all the time or by telling MyWorld Turbo not to speed up email downloads: Right-click the MyWorld Turbo icon in the system tray, select Settings…, then the Email tab, then select Disable under Acceleration Mode and click OK.
