The meaning of Universal Membership only includes the Healthcare Facilities that have signed up with a particular Vendor Credentialing company not all Vendor Credentialing companies. The One Pass is the only vendor credentialing company that is not proprietary and will accept vendor documentation from all vendor credentialing companies.
