What dose of antimuscarinic should I use?
• Initially give a bolus injection of an antimuscarinic drug to treat respiratory secretions, and if there is a positive response, continue administering the drug by subcutaneous infusion using a syringe driver. • For antimuscarinic drug doses, see Table 1.
