What drugstores sell highly pigmented eyeshadow?!?
Personally I like the loose pigment eyeshadows by Jesse’s girl, and I think they sell them at Rite Aid. H.I.P has really good products too, I especially like their metallic eyeshadow duos and there cream eyeshadow crayons. I’d stay away from the cover girl individual eyeshadows, although they look pigmented, they really aren’t pigmented at all! If you want some really good dollar store/cheap makeup I reccoment L.A colors, they have pretty good liquid eyeliner and AMAZING eyeshadows. Its a set of 5 colors for only 1 or 2 dollars. Also, check cherryculture.com and look up starry cosmetics, they have really cheap, and realllly pigmented eyeshadows. I prefer them OVER MAC! If this helped, pick me for best answer.
