What else is HCA doing to ensure a smooth transition to Regence?
The HCA transition team is working closely with Regence to make sure the necessary systems are in place to: • pay UMP claims efficiently and accurately • provide a trained customer service team familiar with UMP benefits and the needs of our members • issue each member a new ID card • provide 24-hour access to claims information and other information online • provide materials at open enrollment so members can make informed decisions about their health plan
