Heartbreak Hotel was recorded by Elvis Presley as a single in 1956 and became the singer’s first Number 1 pop record. I don’t think he actually sang it in a film he made, but a movie with the same title, based on a mythical incident involving the kidnapping of Elvis Presley, was released theatrically in 1988. It starred David Keith as Elvis Presley.
