What entities have to obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register with the Central Contractor Registration?

0

Section 1512(h) of the Recovery Act requires recipients of Recovery Act funds, including those receiving funds directly from the Federal Government, to register in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. These recipients would include the Missouri Department of Transportation and any local entities that are receiving sub allocated funds. Also, because recipients (MoDOT and local entities) must report information on their first-tier contracts and awards, these contractors and subcontractors must also obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR database.
