What exactly does road minded mean?

0

I’m not certain, but I’m almost sure that it’s the same as the more commonly used term “open minded”. I’m only 15, but an open minded person accepts that human’s don’t know everything. It’s the act of thinking critically of a subject before accepting it. A “close-minded” person would follow like a sheep following a shepherd or lemmings following a leader off the cliff. For example, take Christians. A priest or their parents tells them “God is the creator of the universe. Accept him as your ruler”, and they accept that fact. Now, an open minded person would probably say “why should I accept him as my ruler? Why is the bible right? How can i BE SURE that God is the creator of the universe?” Open minded people come to a conclusion after there’s enough supporting evidence, as oppposed to accepting things that they’re told to accept. People who have an open mind are very interested in the area of philosophy and psychology.
