“No-Recovery - No Fee” is our way of delivering the best value to you. If we cannot retrieve data for you, there is no charge for our time and effort. The only cost that must be borne by the customer is delivery to and from our premises. One other possibility that may arise is that the data is not immediately recoverable due to hardware failure, but may be recoverable subject to the replacement of some hard drive components. In this case, the cost of the parts is borne by the customer, even if recovery is subsequently unsuccessful. We will always quote and seek customer approval in advance of incurring cost of replacement components. In this instance, the only amount chargeable is that covering the cost of parts.
