If it is a sauce you are talking about then it is a mint chutney consists of ground mint ,green chillies ,tamarind pulp or lemon juice,The sliced onion salad is thinly sliced onion sprinkled with salt,later excess moisture is squeezed out & chopped coriander or mint ,with or without chopped green chillies & a squeeze of lemon juice are added.Also served with kebabs or tandoori dishes.
