What exactly is the “relevant certificate” mentioned in Annex II Part A Paragraph 2?

0

Annex II Part A refers to several ISO Standards from the ISO 19100 Series as mandatory standards that shall be followed for data formatting. If a State can obtain a certificate from an accredited organisation regarding these standards, that certificate will be considered as a sufficient mean of compliance. However this certificate is only one of the possibilities to demonstrate evidence of compliance. The Regulation does not exclude other means supervised by the NSA.
