What exactly is waterless wash and why is that better than using water to clean the fuel?
Waterless wash is a process that RenuEnergy pioneered. Because our systems do not use any water in the process, there is no contaminated waste water. Waterless polishing of the fuel also has two other positive rewards. a) the fuel has a longer storage life, and b) the fuel is not saturated with water (biodiesel will hold more water than regular diesel. Other systems that use a water wash cleaning process produce saturated fuel that may have a higher cloud point causing filter blockage in cooler climates.
