What excercises should i do to increase my strength (body and arms) without stunting my growth?
You cannot go wrong with pushups and pullups. Actually, just about any exercise you can do with your body weight only would be helpful at your age. Weight training won’t stunt your growth but you could cause some damage with poor technique. It’s best to have a coach or trainer if you go that route. The worst thing you can do so far as stunting your growth is to try to starve yourself or get into a fad diet (like low carb, protien shakes, etc) without the help of a trainer or dietitian. I made that mistake when I was your age and it probably cost me a few inches in height.
