Currency exchange rates are provided by xe.com, an independent reseller of currency exchange information. This service gathers currency exchange data from a variety of money market trades to calculate exchange rates. CashEdge receives a time-weighted average of these rates at 12 p.m., Eastern time, each day. The exchange rates used by CashEdge, therefore, do not represent either a buy rate or a sell rate for the displayed currency relative to the denominated currency. In addition, the exchange rates used by CashEdge represent only an indication of the value of an account in a different currency and are calculated using an exchange rate that was obtained up to 24 hours previously.
