Restrants with out a griddle CAN hire you for behid the counter jobs. Other wise you are limited to bussing. Pizza places are usually a good bet since they are often family owned or operated, and rarely have a griddle. Subway would also be a good choice if it is a franchise store rather than a nationally owned store. To work anywhere you will have to get a work permit. In many states you get these from your school, as in order to be eligible to work you must not skip school to attend work. You can't exceed 60 hours total betwee work and school, and you are supposed to be "Eligible to advance" (not failing) your classes.
