There are no plants that are deer proof, only deer-resistant. Deer will eat anything if they’re hungry enough. They usually snack on landscape plants in the late winter or early spring when everything else is gone. You can spray your plants with a deer repellent. These are usually made of rotten egg solids and spices. Visit your local garden center to get some. It will usually last two weeks or until the next rain then it needs to be reapplied. It only stinks at first; once it dries you won’t smell it. You can also try powderized predator urine – also should be available at your garden center. The spray will probably be most effective.
