If you have rx ins have your doctor prescribe Primacare One…it has the recommended daily does of folic acid as well as omega 3 fatty acids which are supposed to help with nuerological development of the baby (once you’re pregnant) and they are also good for cholesterol…my doc calls them the cadillac of prenatals and they are as pricey, about $40 with ins, but they are well worth it!
