What food group does honey fall into?
Honey qualifies as a sugar/fat/oil. It has a high sugar content (while mostly natural), it is ‘bad for you’ according to many. However, in more recent years it has become a popular antioxident, and involved with the mediterranian diet. Many experts suggest honeydew honey as a good alternative to other kinds of honey.
