Most TIS documents are displayed in Adobe PDF format and require the Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 7.0 or later to be installed for viewing. If two Acrobat viewers are installed at the same time (such as version 6.x and 7.x), the viewer may open but show a blank page. Solution: uninstall previous versions and install Adobe PDF Reader 7.0 or later.
