What gangs are in McLean County?
In the late 1970’s, gangs needed an easy way to identify allies and adversaries amongst the various gangs at large. They devised two nations to create a distinct division, People and Folk. The nations do not represent racial divisions as there are White, Black, and Hispanic gangs in both. Although they are adversaries, gangs may align together for narcotics business.
