What goods and services would a Hindu temple order?

Oil for the diyyas, various vegetarian foods for the ritual offerings. Normally, the Hindu temple would rely on donations, both in cash and in kind, ie, actual food, pulses, grams etc. Some temples do carry out animal sacrifices, but those are in India. I doubt they would allow that in the temples in North America. As for services, again, it is that people donate their time and services for the receipt of prashadam. They have haircutters who shave the heads of devotees, but I am not sure if they are directly linked with the temple or that they offer their services independently. Occasionally, they would use the services of a goldsmith/jeweller to make the crowns (makhotas) or the jewellery that the statue wears on feast days, but the gold and gems are from donations from really rich patrons. Now I am talking here about temples in India. In North America, the situation is on a payment system.
