i think dark brown is actually a good color if you have fair skin, if it was like blonde or something then you would just look washed out. If you really want to do something to it then maybe dye it a slightly lighter brown, or just get some light brown highlights.

I have always liked dark brown or black hair (black if your ski is not like ghostly white) i guess black hair would look good with brown eyes. Or you could just give highlights a try, blond highlights preferably.

My hair colour is also dark brown. I think some low lights also with some multi brown highlights and maybe (if your daring) some dark blonde added in will look really nice.

Sounds like you have a perfect combo, personally! For guys, red hair doesn’t look that great, and blond hair only looks good on tanned skin. Brown hair and fair skin looks really good on guys!

I would say maybe something like caramel highlights that would add some trendiness and would go well with your lighter skin and dark eyes.
