Unfortunately, not enough customers were buying the Careful Cake when it was available, making it uneconomic to produce and for the retailer to stock. Accordingly we ceased production on this at the beginning of 2002. Kinnerton produces a Dairy Free/Nut Free/Egg Free/Gluten Free cooking chocolate which will hopefully help you to cook cakes and desserts of your own, secure in the knowledge that the chocolate is safe with respect to any of the allergens mentioned.
