What happens after Disciple Now ends?
The Disciple Now is over. The students have gone to crash at their real homes. Your head is pounding and your eye lids won’t stay open, what now? EVALUATE! I’m sure that’s exactly what you wanted to hear. Imagine Ministries suggests that at the very least you evaluate with your small group leaders who you may never see again. Talk with them over a meal about some of the things that went on during their small group Bible studies. Have each leader share their thoughts about every individual student in their groups. Have the leadership evaluate how they felt the Disciple Now as a whole flowed. It’s best to do an initial evaluation while the Disciple Now is still fresh on their minds. A full evaluation can come afterwards. Follow-up…be sure to follow up with those students who made decisions during the weekend. Also, be sure to mail a thank you letter to every one of the host homes that were involved and the rest of your key leadership team.
