What happens after the order is placed?
A. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail notification/confirmation at the email address you provided during the ordering process. If you’ve chosen to have your order shipped to your local Dollar Tree Store: You will be able to pick up your merchandise at the store on the date provided in your e-mail notification/confirmation. The e-mail also serves as your receipt for the merchandise purchased. The merchandise will come marked with your name and order number. You will be required to show your picture ID and sign for the merchandise when you pick it up. This ensures we are giving the merchandise to the correct person. If being shipped via UPS: You will receive an e-mail (provided e-mail address is given) with your order information. This also serves as your receipt. Within a day or two you will receive a tracking number via e-mail (if provided) stating UPS has picked up your merchandise to be shipped.
