Depending on the Seller’s Policy (some require immediate payment) usually you have Up to 7 days to pay for the item using Paypal. You then go to your Paypal account to pay for the item you won. This is Ebay’s new rule as of Oct 1, 08. You have to pay through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal Account then you must open up one in order to do business on Ebay. The Seller will then get a Email from paypal showing you paid for the item and the information you registered through paypal with is what the Seller will use to ship your item.
