What happens at a free consultation visit?
We will come to your home for a free consultation visit that will take approximately 30 minutes. This gives you the chance to meet us and for us to meet you and your pets. If you decide after our meeting that you would like us to care for your pets you will need to fill out all necessary paperwork. At this time you can leave us a key. Your key will never be marked with any information about you or your address. The paperwork consists of information sheets on your pet(s), service contract, contact information and a home and vet release form. During this consultation we will also familiarize ourselves with your home and where to find items needed for the visits (food, leashes, litter boxes etc.) We will also require 50 % payment upfront at this time. We will not deposit your cheque until the first day of our services. Consultation visits usually take place approximately a week before our services will begin.
