A. From 7 days before the end of the 30 day free trial period you will receive a reminder email asking you to visit our secure checkout and purchase a DisasterRecoveryManager membership. As soon as you make the payment your expiry date will be reset. If we do not receive a payment before the expiry of the 30 day free trial period access to your Disaster Recovery Plan(s) will be locked until payment is received and you will be sent an Account Lock notification email. If your account is locked you can continue to access your Disaster Readiness Assessment, Action Plans and Account Details.
