What happens if a electricity supplier, participating in the test group, does not complete a frame on time?
If an electricity supplier does not complete a frame on time, they will be separated from the test group. Execution of the next frame will begin with the successful participants. BGE will work with the unsuccessful party to the extent that it does not impact successful completion of all test frames by the other batch participants. If an electricity supplier fails to complete any frame of the test, test certification cannot be achieved. Failure to successfully complete the batch test implies the electricity supplier must retest in a later batch.
