The employee and manager must work out the problem. A UVA Time Management form must be signed by both the employee and the manager, and presented to you, the Timekeeper, for processing. The form should be designated as CORRECTION. If the correction involves only leave, fax the document (along with a cover letter explaining the circumstances) to the Central/HR Leave Center. If the correction involves only the employee’s pay, the form should be designated as CORRECTION, and faxed to Central/HR Payroll (924-6306) along with a cover letter explaining the circumstances. If the correction involves both leave and pay, fax the documentation to both Central offices. Note in the fax that you have sent this documentation to both offices.
