Students who meet the three criteria (see #3 above) and do not successfully waive through the web portal at www.studentinsurance.com, will be automatically enrolled in the UNC system-wide plan each semester, and are obligated for the cost of the plan’s premium for that semester. The UNC system-wide plan’s premium is included in the “cost of attendance” used for financial aid consideration.
