What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
Occasionally, events are cancelled or rescheduled by the promoter, team, band or venue. If you have purchased a ticket to a cancelled event through TicketExchange, have not resold it and are able to return it to us as we instruct, then we will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price and associated service charge (the per order processing fees are not refundable). If an event is rescheduled and you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, we will refund the ticket price. In such a case, please contact us for exact instructions, and please make sure to include your account number so we can expedite your refund if applicable.
As soon as an event is officially cancelled the event or venue will contact you via the contact details you gave them when you booked your tickets. Please contact the event or venue direct if you have any questions regarding cancellation or rescheduling. Their contact details are on your booking confirmation email.
In the incidence of a complete event cancellation, we will credit the card holders’ accounts, of all fans who purchased tickets, for the face value of the tickets purchased. All service fees are non-refundable. For events that are rescheduled or the venue is changed after your order has been completed, your ticket(s) will be honored on the new date and/or at the new location. To cancel your order upon a date or venue change, contact us with your confirmation number. All service fees are non-refundable. Please note: any decisions made regarding the rescheduling or cancellation of an event are those of the event organizer and not our website. All tickets are will call unless noted otherwise. There are no refunds for tickets that are not picked up. You are responsible for checking the age limit for the event. No refunds will be processed for patrons who do not have valid identification for admittance to an age restricted event.
