What happens if an event is rescheduled?
If the event for which you purchased tickets has been rescheduled and you are able to attend on the rescheduled date, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date, unless otherwise noted. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, you must request a refund at least one (1) business day prior to the rescheduled date at the Event or Activity Organizer’s office. Refund requests will be granted for the entire purchase price, excluding the service fee. Customers who purchased tickets delivered by U.S. Mail or UPS must return all unused tickets to the Event or Activity Organizer. Please include name and address where you want to receive your refund. Event or Activity Organizers will NOT issue refunds based on requests received after the event has taken place.
