What happens if B & P Home Decor and Gifts has a backorder or an out of stock item?
A. Due to the high volume of orders across multiple channels, it is possible an item you ordered may be on backorder in rare circumstances. We will immediately place the item on backorder and notify you of the estimated shipping date. Since we Do-Not have access to any credit card or paypal account numbers, the order is initally charged when you order it, not when the items are shipped. We offer you the choice to wait, substitute or cancel that item. Q.
