What happens if I do not meet my annual / cycle CPD requirements or do not make an Annual Return?
Failure to comply with any of the CPD requirements may ultimately result in the removal of your CPD Member designation. You should note that the CPD Member designation meets the Minimum Competency Requirements, specified by the Financial Regulator, for advising on and selling certain categories of retail financial products and for other specified activities. You may not, therefore, be in a position to advise or sell certain retail financial products or undertake certain specified activities should you lose your CPD Member designation.
