What happens if I order the wrong finger size for a ring with personal engraving?

If before ordering your ring you are not certain that you have the correct finger size measurement we recommend that you wait until you receive the ring from us to verify the correct finger sizing and then have the ring engraved by a local jeweler. If you order the wrong finger size for a ring that has personal engraving, you should first check to see whether that ring style can be resized. If you order a ring that has a personal engraving (engraved by us at your request, or engraved by another jeweler) in an incorrect finger size and you discover that you need a different finger size, the original ring unfortunately cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Some ring styles however can be resized by a local jeweler or by us. Whether a ring can be resized depends upon the particular type of ring design, the metal type and the difference in sizes required.
