What happens if i try to add a Card that has been previously synchronised on one phone to another phone?
You will get a message from eTranzact mCommerce application saying: Unable to synchronise your profile., mobile/card might have been used previously, please contact your service provider!’This is because the application does not permit any Card to be used on more than one phone Anytime mCommerce synchronises for the first`time`on any phone, the profile created is tied to the particular handset/sim that was used at the time. If you are changing your phone for any reason, you must first remove the security profile setup for you which recognises your former handset/simcard by contacting the eTranzact personel at your bank branch or contacting eTranzact helpdesk.
