If you currently subscribe to Time Warner Cable’s Smarthouse package and wish to change from Road Runner to OBEN, your account with TWC will be changed to the Digital Plus package. If you choose to subscribe to Road Runner again in the future, the Smarthouse option will not be available. Road Runner service will be billed in addtion to any other package you subscribe to.
