If you’re returning merchandise purchased with a Sonsi Gift Card/E-Gift Card, the amount of the merchandise and tax will be refunded and a new Sonsi E-Gift Card will be issued in this amount. Your new E-Gift Card will be sent to the e-mail address you used to place your order. If you placed an order with a Gift Card and a credit card, you will receive an E-Gift Card for the portion of your order paid with the Gift Card, and a credit to your credit card for the portion charged to your credit card on your original order. Also, shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you paid with both a credit card and Gift Card/E-Gift Card, your credit card will receive the full credit.
