What happens if it is discovered that I have an unusual transaction, one that I was unaware of, and the Form or Schedule needed is in another CPAeXpress package?
A Senior Advisor will review your tax documents during the few minutes you are dropping off your information. If the discovery occurs at that point, the Senior Advisor will direct you to a CPAeXpress package that accommodates the transaction. If the discovery occurs later, during the preparation process, you will be contacted with a similar discussion. If you choose not to change packages, all of your original documentation will be returned to you at no charge. Neither CPAeXpress nor you will be under further obligation.
