What happens if my daughter or son cant get off campus?
The initial payment is non refundable and you will be held liable for the balance of the leasing agreement. However it has been our experience that students with high-grade average have little or no problem securing permission to live off campus. The school realizes that the students living off campus interface with the community and those students with higher grade averages tend to show a higher lever of accepting responsibilities and tend to co mingle with the community better. However in the event the students cant get off campus they have the right, and only then, to sub let the unit, based on our final approval of the students.
