By selecting the Lost/Stolen option, you can speak to a live customer service operator to deactivate your card to prevent unauthorized use. You will be given to option to order a replacement card for a nominal fee. When you receive your new card, you may call to activate the new card, and then opt to speak to a customer service operator, who will transfer the remaining balance of your old card to your new card.
