If your Premium TransitChek MetroCard is lost or stolen please report it to TransitCenter Customer Service at 1-877-440-4407 as soon as possible. A new Card will be sent to you, or you may pick up a replacement Premium Card at TransitCenter’s office before 3:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. There are no exceptions to the 3:00 p.m. cut off time.
