What happens if my prepaid account falls below the $10 or $20 low balance amount?
You will see a yellow warning traffic light in the lane, and will need to deposit additional money into your prepaid account. If your balance reaches zero, you’ll see a red traffic light in the tolls lane and the gate will remain down. You will need to pay the full toll in cash in the toll lane. You will not longer be eligible for a reduced fare or discount program until you have a positive balance in your account.
