A29.If your PCP or Medical Group will no longer be affiliated with the Anthem Blue Cross HMO network, in an effort to make this transition as smooth as possible and avoid disruption of care, Anthem Blue Cross will reassign you to another medical group. Your enrollment with the Anthem Blue Cross HMO will not otherwise be affected in any way. A new ID Card reflecting this change will be mailed to you shortly. If this choice of PCP or Medical Group does not meet your needs and you would prefer to make a different selection, please feel free to contact our Member Services department using the Customer Service telephone number listed on your current ID Card. They will assist you with your request.  more
