What happens if the client cancels an ‘Away Test’?
If for whatever reason the client cancels more than 5 working days before the examiner departure date, or if an examiner is not required because of a reduction in the number of candidates, the University of Bath will retain a cancellation fee of £300 per examiner booked. Any costs incurred that are non-refundable will also be charged. If within 5 working days before the examiner departure date, the client cancels for whatever reason, or if an examiner is not required because of a reduction in the number of candidates, the University of Bath will retain a cancellation fee of £600 per examiner booked. Any costs incurred that are non-refundable will also be charged.
