Customers can take issue with a specific charge on a bill but pay the remainder of the items on that invoice. A customer can pay whatever amount they'd like while disputing a specific item or charge, or even decide whether or not to pay the bill at all. Do customers have to pay the entire bill if they feel that part of it is wrong? No. Customers can decide to pay only those items that they feel are correct. They can dispute any part of the bill and only pay that part that they feel is correct. Can customers print a copy of their invoice? When customers go to the website to view the bill, they have the option to choose to print the bill for their records. Can customers see the details of their invoice before approving it? Customers are notified that their invoice is available on the Internet as soon as the Company that has provided you with the service or product has billed it.
